The first of many team strategy days with the #Mustard10 took place at the end of July in the beautiful Kingsbridge House at Tewin Bury Farm.

Each department filled the rest of us in with what their job roles currently look like, how they are going to look in the future and how we can all support each other to achieve our goals.

There was a big emphasis on the client journey and how we can make the My Mustard experience even more enjoyable.
