Part Time Administrator
15 hours per week, 5 days
Due to an increasing client base – hoorah! – we are looking for someone to join the team from July 2017.
Bright, enthusiastic and hardworking part time administrator/accounts person required to join our team of merry wo(men). My Mustard launched in 2007 and we have gone from strength to strength working with hundreds of clients on their online advertising campaigns; we also offer training & consultancy services.
Tasks include invoicing, statement reconciliation, credit checking, debt collection, generating receipts, preparing management reports, updating the Capsule CRM system and learning the way around the Google AdWords interface so you can fully support the sales and campaign management teams. Varied, interesting and ever changing, your job and skill set will grow as we grow; our original beancounter is now a Senior Campaign Manager and the last pen pusher is now Head of Marketing!
The successful candidate will be computer literate, strong on Excel, have exceptional attention to detail, preferably be conversant with Xero and be willing to learn new skills – you must have good written/spoken English and decent maths as there is lots of number crunching. And a good sense of humour because its a laugh a minute here. Really it is.
We love our clients and you will too and whilst the role is not often client facing you will be speaking to and meeting them so a warm disposition and good conversational skills are a must.
