Part Time Marketing Administrator
20 hours per week over 5 days

Smart, enthusiastic and hardworking part time administrator required
to join our online advertising agency.

My Mustard launched in 2007 and we have gone from strength to strength
working with hundreds of clients on their Google, Facebook, Instagram,
Linked In, YouTube and Twitter advertising campaigns; we also offer
social media and email management support to existing clients and a
training & consultancy service. It’s safe to say we are pretty busy,
that’s where you come in – we are looking for someone to join the team
in March 2020.

Duties include social media posting, preparing management reports,
updating our CRM system, creating emails, event organising, website
updates, and supporting the marketing and campaign management teams.
Experience of Capsule, Mailchimp, Mailerlite, Eventbrite, WordPress
and SurveyMonkey would be helpful but is not essential. Varied and
ever changing, no two days are ever the same and your job and skillset
will grow as we grow.

The successful candidate will be computer literate, have exceptional
attention to detail, and be willing to learn new skills – you must
have good written and spoken English and decent maths as there is a
fair amount of number crunching.

We love our clients and you will too and whilst the role is not often
client facing you will be speaking to and meeting them so a warm
disposition and good conversational skills are essential. Competitive
