The inaugural St Albans Businesses (SAB) Woo Hoos took place last week and wow, or should we say woo hoo, what a night!

Awards ceremonies come and go but this one was a little bit different. Nominate someone who you think deserves recognition, explain why and they could be a winner. Simple really. Yet so effective. And winners receive a golden pineapple.

What SAB founder Sue Wybrow has achieved is nothing short of amazing and the atmosphere on the night confirmed what a fantastic group of businesses belong to the SAB family. Well done to Suzy Moody and the team at Home Start Herts, who, as SAB’s chosen charity were receiving donations on the night, we hope you raised lots of cash.

 

Big shout out to Sue’s hilarious co-host David Jenkins, you were fabulous, and many congratulations to all the winners, you are all amazing and well-deserved recipients of your awards. But the biggest congratulations goes to Sue Wybrow, thanks from all of us, who knew golden pineapples would create such a stir.

Until we do it again, (June 27^th, 2018) …
